  I have noticed that this forum is filled with topics of similar content, particularly those that have to do witth malaysia.
  Ie TRUE MUSLIM LEADER? ,
  Guess the next amazing Malaysian antic. ,
  Malaysian provocation: Tactics and Objectives.
  Malaysia is a RACIST Country
  Are Malaysia's racist?
  
  I suggest that the no. of threads of such content should be limited to just one.Is ths agreedable?
  
  Pls take note that there will be a site clean up on the 1st of feb 2003.If there are any objections, pls feel free to air them in this thread.

  It should be alright to delete those topics that do not carry any replies, or remain inactive, for more then one week.
  
  Otherwise you may run the risks of someone waiting for a rejoinder in a reasoned debate, not being able to locate the site.
  
  This will not apply if there is a "flaming war" going on.

  That's good news and it's long overdue. Should be limited to one so all can air their view in a thread, no need to go thread hunting.

  another suggestion Moderator,
  
  the Speakers' Corner currently has like... 11 pages of old topics which nobody contributes to anymore...
  
  how about cleaning them up? i really think we should not go past 3 pages of old topics and once a topic has been sitting cold for like... a month, i think we can safely delete it too...

  I agree that the number of threads should be reduced, but not to just one. . . stuff where obvious repitition is shown like 'Malaysia is a RACIST Country' and 'Are Malaysia's racist?' can be reduced to just one, however, guessing malaysia's next antic covers a slightly different topic and should be kept. . .
  
  whether a topic is considered a repitition also can be judged from the nature of replies given, if two topics that are different in nature but are recieving similar replies , I think one can be safely deleted.

  I dunno about deletion of those emails...... it's not like all of them contain crap you know.
  
  I think the way to do is to LOCK the threads instead of deleting them..... this prevents them from getting messy and at the same time maintained freedom of speech.
  
  As new threads flows in, those threads will be put to the end pages too.....
