even those without scholarships also has to work here for a while, or else they need to pay alot more school fees.
but the scholarship without bonds... this means that we seriously don't expect them to stay in singapore after ecompleting their studies. they left early, so we saved more money?
think the issue is not these tiongs not taking full advantage of the no bond scholarship... but the issue that we are giving out no bond scholarship...

for the record: i think senior lee is a senior old man way past his prime. he has done lots of good stuff for the country, he has also screwed up big time. his ego is in his way and it does not help. junior lee is ineffective and may not have the necessary skills to tackle such tough times. his ego is as large as his dad with nothing much to show for.

If the JC's scholarship is not given by PAP, supported and approved by the lees, then he means the oppositions are giving these scholarship? He is fast to find fault and nailing people down. He is like the masters he defend practising double standard.

Go surf PAP website if you don't like to read negative comments about PAP here. Everyone of us is entitle to post our comments on PAP or oppositions.
