Why don't you just open the newspapers and look at the articles. If they are not written by the papers employees, the writers are paid.

1. register using real name on any forum.
2. offends anyone you come across
3. publish book and hope everyone buys it. -

But where to publish? -
through publisher, which can include the newspaper, the internet, magazines...
send them your work, if they are interested, they will ask you to submit the work to them on a regular basis.
