It was stated in the papers that all civil servants in managerial posts will have their salaries cut in view of the recession. Does that apply to the Ministers of State?

For Singapore, after their term they will make like S$20 milllion and they don't need to go jail for it.
It's good when you have control of the whole parliament and the judiciary.
You can just draft laws to benefit you as you go along.
