Are you a moron? How does the historical examples you cited suggest anything about a nation expressing collective mourning for a victim perished in an act for which the nation itself is actually perpetuating?
Did you see Stalin or Hitler express their condolences on behalf of those they governed to those who perished in a manner similar to the way they ran their regimes?
