How to cheat money and get away with it.

I've found out recently that I can set up a private limited company here with just $1, no capital assets to the company, and start issuing invoices for services I never intend to provide, and get away. The best thing is...no one will come after me! Not CASE, not the police, not even the people I cheat!
The trick is to cheat the middle class who cannot qualify for low income free legal services, and who cannot afford the exhorbidant legal fees.
Some of you might have already known that! I should have been more worldly, I know.
What is wrong with this country? Singapore claims to be a world class business centre, setting up all these Consumer Affairs Dept and CASE crap who don't actually do crap or give a crap! Oh, the lies about how reliable our judicial system is, protecting consumers and business owners.
Call CASE, they ask you to go to the police. Call the police, they ask you to go to CASE. What are these ppl doing with tax payers money? Might as well go home and sleep!
As long as you are a registered company, you can cheat ppl's money in broad daylight and get away with it because you are not considered a criminal! And the people whom you have cheated will not come after you because the legal fees to them is too high!
How? Just make sure:
1) you have no assets to your company, but you can have plenty of personal assets. So bank into your personal account once you get the money!
2) you cheat each person around $10-20K, quite safe!
No one will do anything about it. No one will shut you down. They can only crap as much as possible in forums to try and possibly warn a few others about you.
I apologise if I sound pissed off because I am!

Any clown can pay $1 and start a registered P/L company lor...the minute the police hear the words "private limited" they immediately BO-CHAP.

its quite true. Mediation is difficult in singapore when such events occur and many companies get away with doing unethical stuff. mainly the reason is due to lack of legal rights and accessibility. But u as a consumer also do have a responsibility towards the business world. Stop such unlawful companies and organisations from thriving. They thrive due to consumer ignorance.
