I have some doubts about grassroots leaders.
1. how many are there? where can see the list? For example, someone claims to be one, where to check this info?
2. is this term implicit that they are all People's Association members?
3. do they get any fee or salary for being so?
4. are grassroots leader role implicitly related to politics or political parties?

when negibourhood police post & NEA give out free biz, they get to keep these free biz first, free drink mugs, free magnet? any thing free for resident they get to keep one set first.

How do i sign up to be one of them? Im underpaid and those free meals could come in handy.
if i am not wrong, most grassroot leader are members of the PA, RC, town council.
this is just a way to decribe ppl working at the ground to help resident. not a position by itself.
For RC members, no.
For town councillors... depends on the position.
Why, pay important meh? Want to join ah?
when they say organis also not they do,
every time get event management company to do,
when food also not they cook, also get catering.
so they only wear RC T-shirt with pocket,
