we are indeed.As the core value have shifted over the years .Due to one gov policy.people are tend to more over sensitive ,insecure and profiteer likeness.Instate of looking at the big picture. i heard this from my friend's wife who is a teacher;teaching in the secondary school.Mention that the treatment is different toward the student depending on their family background.As they don't to get into any law suite since those highly educated or rich parent are prone to compliant (compliant queen and king). For those that family background is average or below.they tend to made them feel more inferior.

I thot we are base on equality and justice inorder to make progress for our nation, how can teachers, judges and govt be so bias on peoples. Who is to blame?? teachers, lawyers, judges and civil servants are also part of our people, can be our relatives, siblings, parents, friends etc etc...aren't we creating our own inequality, aren't a teacher who is on an average standard looking down on his/her own average class?? Aren't we people kowtow to our own people we created to be rich....?? funny leh. -

lip service..for the pledge some people have forgotten the core value and what they are. If i know of any teacher is like that i won't let him or her teach my child .

I don't mind taking over as president. Don't need to do much and salary is damn high. I don't even mind donating some peanuts to the various charity if I have the job

Actually if all Singaporean has an option to stay or go to a country say like NZ/Aussie - and money is no concern. I think most of us will pack up and go.

no need to run the singapore affairs, no need to face the media with question regarding, wood, rice, oil salt matter! he simply just tour around the worlds as ambassader, entertaining visiting VIP .

Tour, shake hands, attend charity concert, attend national day parada and cut ribbons sure can make a person feel good and achieve alot for taking $4mil of the people's money home.
Ok vote me. I run, I will also do all that and visit the needy people and really set up a charity fund using a couple of peanuts I make and really do something sustainable for the people.

Beside our pledge, our national anthem can change name: "Majulah Singapura" (Onward Singapore) change to "mundurlah Singapura" (Backward Singapore).
