The SAF Commandos are very well trained to skin all kinds of Life Forms that has a major feature of "fork tongues".
The only Life Form that is known to have "fork tongues" are reptiles, and there is a large variety across the Causeway north of Singapore.
Some reptiles have great dexterity with all four limbs, others are so slithery in character that they have to lie low and dirty their image by the mud and earth on the ground.
All the same, we will skin them in just as many ways. -

In short he is announcing his hostile intentions towards Singapore (despite him saying that this is not about Singaporeans). He is as a matter of fact saying that there are many ways of making Singapore do things his way and that he has little intention of any reasonable compromise and will accept nothing short of unconditional complaince or else we are insensitive to their stiff-necked ways.
