This is getting tiring. Can maijuana be cut into tiny bits? Yes. So can pigs instenstines. Can marijuana be ground into powder? No. Whatever powder you've come across is very unlikely to be derived from dope.

Even if it CAN be done, it's never been heard of, let alone actually practiced.
