ERP gantries to open more & prices jump $1 each time

  both hell and heaven have ERP gantry...

  Too many dead coming in..must curb the congestion...if no choice, reincarnate some back to singapore to pay Singapore ERP...lol

  This is another proof that PAP is real hard up for more and more $$.  

  People from Macpherson, if you don't condone the way of Raymond Lim, vote him out.   He behaves a businessman rather than a politician with a sincere heart to serve the public.  All he talks about is $$$$$$, money money money.    No welfare for the people.

  but you have to admit its a pretty good idea, everytime they  need money can just say

  "oh the traffic is slowing down again"

  We will see if you have breathing space for your bus as more and more people are 'forced' to take public transport, coupled with the planned increase in population by bringing in more and more foreigners.

  Have you even seen what happened at 8am at Potong pasir and Boon Keng MRT stations now already?????

  Imagine what's going to happen down the road as more people take trains, together with the population increase.

   

  And the majority of people who take public transport will get hit with indirect price increases by businesses who faced increased costs due to ERP.

  ERP gantries doesnt make the traffic goes smoother and faster.

   For one, Cars slow down when they approach the gantries to make sure their cash card is being read. Some cars even stop to put in cash cards. Major congestion occurs everytime there is an ERP gantry. The congestion is even worse than before where there was no ERP gantries. What an irony.

  maybe one day government turn innovative a bit....

  they paint the road a certain color, fixed sensors to make car owners pay for the usage of that stretch of road. in that way, car owners do not need to slow down to ensure cash card is read by the ERP gantry and they can 'secretly' deduct money from unsuspecting car owners....xD
