Not against any one of the above individuals.
But, as stated in the 154th times, Dragon have donated his organ to Tang even though he dunno him.
Considering both of them are not friends, why did he do that ?
Secondly, is there really a document to allow a donor to designate his organ before his death ?
If there is one, please publish this documents to the public as there are also fitter and more suitable candidates that are in the queue for the healthy kidney.
The hospital have to be fair to the rest of people in the queue.

i guess some money must have changed hands.......if not why the dead guy specifically request to give his organs to the fat guy? why not to some poor law-abiding citizen who waits patiently on the list rather than break the law by getting one illegally? the Straits times also wrote that the fat guy was struck off the list after his conviction.
In Singapore, if you got the money you can get away with anything.......so much for justice and equality

If Andrew ever needs a kidney, I can imagine that he'll also go 'yuck!' if it came from anyone outside the SDP. He'd rather not choose life.
