Mindef, tsk tsk, last time and now still the same..

confirm is some officer don't dare to give too much money, Or go by the book strictly, don't dare to be flexible...
actually many NSF are not aware of their rights. last time one guy for his injury seeking for some payout in my camp went to see the MO, the MO and the RSM did not want him to do this , so they tried all ways to discourage him from doing so including threats and psychological tactics.
am not flaming SAF , there are good and bad apples in every place. The camp i was in are mosty good and fair officers. some are really corrupt
finally the case went up to MP
Please get the best legal counsel to sue SAF if possible. Get international attention on how bad the SAF operates and how we have "sold" ourselves to the SAF and get such returns. Argue on the point that since we have to serve SAF, what's the point of this national servicing if SAF behaves this way. We might as well discharge ourselves from National Service liability in the first place to save all the troubles.

The article presented just reveal a small amount of problems he has with SAF.
The reason why he quit, is because he feels that they have 'berhanti' him, as ALL of his buddies who signed on with him got 2 crabs liao, and he still only has one.
On the otherhand, he also has problems with passing his IPPT, something which resulted in his end-of-year bonus for the year before he quit to be 'eaten'.
But to be honest to everyone here, CCO PLC...is a very 'interesting' place.
A lot of senior officers who remained there are 'berhanti' already (albeit unwillingly ), so I guess MAJ Zaidi should have saw this coming.
Why do I know all this? Lets just said I use to be from there.

In life, you win some, you lose some.
It is always good to let others have the false illusion that they have a bit of control over the situation, when you are pulling the strings behind the scene,
SAF becomes Singapore Abitration Force?
