A friend of mine didn't do the JAE because she was planning to go to Australia. However, now she might be considering to study in Singapore, although I think that she is more eager to study in Australia.
So is it possible for a o'lvl cert with the required scores to apply for a JC/Poly still at this period of time?
Don't think so, you might have to wait till next year
