I think using curse words every now and than is fine, like fuck, shit, etc.
But somehow, i think posting in all caps or bolding all your reply is like really hostile.
I do give leeway on that to the mentally unstable though.

And there are those idiotic stalkers that cannot leave people and their opinions alone, indulging in personal attacks against other forumners endlessly and insanely... giving opposing opinions on the topic/every topic is one thing but stalking and making personal attacks against other forumners while stalking is another... unfortunately it is very hard for insane people to stop their insane behavior.

Nope, i think using curse words is a global thing. don't think people will think less of singapore because of that.
and using all caps and all bold is considered to be "shouting" i think. i'm personally irritated by it, that's my opinion. but of course, i leave leeway for the clinically insane.
