We are a small country, we cannot swallow so many foreigners without doing damage to the local society.

And that made you guys have a feelings that you are superior than the new comers... Singapore is a bit different from other countries which it did not seek for its independence... it was forced to be independent. I know there are problems, but there will be always problems in any society, the only difference is if we have the right people to solve those problems...
