  They dump, their currency exchange rate rise. They cannot sell their "coolies wages" products. Countries that use US dollars benefit from lower prices.

  The Chinese despots that kill their own citizens peacefully protesting deserve a collapse of their financial system for trying to walk in shoes too big for them.

  You know, the general feeling i get is this.

  Two men beat me up, but i only call the police to arrest one because the other guy who beat me up more severely is more handsome than the one arrested.

  Somehow, the country that supposedly has a democractic system can borrow as much as it wants with no intention of ever returning the money, invade countries as it wished and bring down the world's economy because of its excessive greed could do absolutely no wrong.

  If it did, it's ok because it's a democractic country.

  Basically what i'm getting here, as long as the country is democractic, it could screw the world in every orifices imaginable and we'd still beg for more from the phallus of Democracy.

  Oh hypocrisy, my bitter friend. We meet again.

  Actually USA is controlled by the financial corporate oligarchy, like most countries in the west are.

   

  To get back to sovereignty and the structure of the state, another cause of today's instability is that we now have a society in America, Europe and much of the world which is totally dominated by the two elements of sovereignty that are not included in the state structure: control of credit and banking and the corporation.

  These are free of political controls and social responsibility, and they have largely monopolized power in Western Civilization and in American society.

  They are ruthlessly going forward to eliminate land, labour, entrepreneurial-managerial skills, and everything else the economists once told us were the chief elements of production. The only element of production they are concerned with is the one they can control: capital...

   

  To me, the most ominous flaw in our constitutional set-up is the fact that the federal government does not have control over of money and credit and does not have control of corporations.

  It is therefore not really sovereign. And it is not really responsible, because it is now controlled by these two groups, corporations, and those who control the flows of money.

  The new public financing of the Presidential elections is arranged so that they can spend as much as they want: voluntary contributions, not authorized by the candidate, are legal.

  The administrative system and elections are dominated today by the private power of money flows and corporation activities. I want to read you a summary from James Willard Hurst, "The Legitimacy of the Business Corporation in the Law of the United States from 1780 to 1970". He points out that there was powerful anti-corporation feeling in the United States in the 1820's. Therefore, it was established by the states that corporations could not exist by prescription: they had to have charters. They had to have a limited term of life and not be immortal. Corporations today are immortal: if they get charters, they can live forever and bury us all...

  The cursed despot and his ass licking running dogs are idiots for not seeing the recent tsunami and tried to bail out Merrill Lynch and among others instead of shielding the local economy from damage.

  My bet is, they will be equally stupid and not see the coming Chinese crisis, losing tens if not humdreds of billions of Singapore's hard earned money to foreigners, again.

  China has recently signaled its key aspirations: for a greater international role for the renminbi and for Shanghai to become a great financial capital. Neither is imminent, but both imply, if not require, a series of steps that, taken in combination with China’s legitimately great potential for growth, could lead to a bubble of magnificent and dangerous proportions.

  Magnificent in that, like the dotcom bubble or the railroad boom in the U.S. in the 19th century, a bubble in domestic China is directionally right and will build useful things which will change the world. A bubble, after all, needs a good story and China has one of the best ever.

  Dangerous because, like the housing bubble, it will inevitably go too far and could take down banks and banking systems globally.

  Perhaps rather than dotcom or housing, the most useful template for China is closer to home; namely the Japanese bubble which preceded its ongoing malaise, according to Dylan Grice, a strategist at Societe Generale in London.

  A country like china can hardly collapse without internal struggle, history had told us the China rise and fall is alway due to civil war and struggling. No matter happen to the global economy, china and even India can sustain their own economy within it premises, their states and populations is enuf the take over the whole of Europe economy. Chinese are not soft type people, they take things hard on, sufferring is not a problem to them, they have gone thru lots of it, the only situation that is a real problem in China domestically, is the disparity of the Rich and Poor, same situation is going to happen soon, like the Commie and Kuo Ming party civil war. Chinese produce 1000 millionaires per year which in turn created 5 millions poor peoples, as the situation go on, the extremely poor ones will rise their voice and gather again to fight for another day, it just take a man like Mao to agitate and instigate the situation.
