1) Think about what constitutes a home, your home. When the citizens have a longing for the country, willing to defend it with their lives. Where the leaders love their citizenry as much as the citizenry love the country. That country would be a home.
2) A government which financially sodomises the citizenry, yet wins landslide elections.
3) Yes... more than ever! To remind us where we came from, where we are now, where we want to be in the future. And most of all, to remind us not to get too caught up in the destination that we obliterate where we have been.
4) That "We, the Citizens" are becoming more and more just cogs in the machine, automatrons... becoming less and less human... in our relentless drive to progress, everyone has forgotten why we are progressing and losing our humanity. That "We, the Citizens" are being treated more and more like chattel by the powers that be... and that there seems to be a dynasty led by a very very bad human being... and that he is placing more and more of his cronies into positions to consolidate his position... which bodes ill for the future as a Country.
