rich PRCs don't come here and stay in HDB, they buy up Sentosa Cove. The PR who bid high prices came from Malaysia, Taiwan and Indonesia. So the agent took their prices as bench mark, the sellers were very happy with the high prices (until they try to buy back, many citizens sell their HDB making big profit then upgrade to condo or landed), so the prices go up.
HDB should stop existing sellers from making exhorbitan profits selling HDB! then PAP will lose more votes, because the number of citizens staying in HDB outnumber those who are buying....hahahaha....
