it is not just about taking exams, they need to attend talks and lessons on core business and non core business subjects. There is no easy money.

you must be clear about new rulings that change every year, PR can buy or not, how much CPF can you use....and also business ethics such as how to get involved in money laundrying....

The better one is http://www.iea.sg. Site of the Institute of Estate Agents. There you see Continuing Professional Development activities, CPD Core, and CPD Non Core. Think no exam but you need to clock hours for renewing your licence.
If I am not wrong, Financial Advisers( Insurance Agent), Medical and Dental Doctors as well as some other professionals have similar requirements to renew their professional licence.
