The better one is http://www.iea.sg. Site of the Institute of Estate Agents. There you see Continuing Professional Development activities, CPD Core, and CPD Non Core. Think no exam but you need to clock hours for renewing your licence.
If I am not wrong, Financial Advisers( Insurance Agent), Medical and Dental Doctors as well as some other professionals have similar requirements to renew their professional licence.
