Singapore is heavily concretised, This would cause the land to be barren, heat up and dry up. Instead there is constantly heavy rainfall. This is due to the heavy tree planting in built up areas. Despite heavy urbanisation, the tropical climate is maintained. Your immature mind just can not appreciate that.
You got to face yourself. You are a low key worker in Singapore. You did an excellent job keeping the machines running. You then think you are better than the white collar engineers, and believe you are instrumental in 0.5 billion dollars production for an MNC. Being low key, you are unaware of marketing, logistics, financing, support, management etc etc that goes into production. And you want to be treated on par with the asst engineers, and full fledged engineer. And the qualifications you have is "decades of engineering experience" counting from K1. You failed to get to the position you want with that qualifications, because you are a megalomania. A superduper who just can't get pass IPPT.
