ans:i upgraded my skills to max long b4 ntuc started tellin people to upgrade skills! ans:im a chinese...and come from frugal family...i save every cent n go fer bargains as much as possible. ans:never was in srock n shares n bonds. i blame the PAP for not increasing my salary and made it worse by getting too many foreigners into spore taking away engineers pay n position and almost everyones salary has been stagnnant or decreased alot since 1980s. -

i already worked very hard.me with 4 people produced half BILLION $$$$ worth of products per year shipped to europe.yet my salary stinks. if u want me to werk even more harder i suggest u use robots.and the people repairing and programming them like me be androids. im sorry for u too really. who and what is sm goh?small monkey goh?

Hey peeps i think some people are getting overly emotional and blinded by their emotions... indeed there are somethings it made us unhappy. go talk to ur PR frens, whether cheena or india. MOST companies chooses s'poreans over PRs if u have the same capability/diploma or wadever thiny u hv. stop ranting as if govt love foreigners. u try chase they out of sg? u will be homeless in a couple of yrs. we gt nt enough pop wad... u go USA and NZ if ppl think of u liddat how? if u think u are up to the job, snatch it from them la! they see us as people only knows how to rant u know? actions speak louder than words. stop complaining abt the govt because if u are unable to do the job and still assigned to it, singapore will become like china. u want to bribe to get jobs like peeps do in china? just stop ranting already, go get ur diplomas and chase those foreigners off the jobs, or u can just sit here and rant all day thinking that govt will take care of uselss ppl like u. govt needs to make sure singapore prospers and grows, nt every1 can be taken into consideration. this is how the world goes round, face the fact.

It's not all about getting overly emotional or blinded, maybe it's just that you didn't experience the same experience, that's why you didn't feel it... ^_^
Sorry but MOST companies only prefer locals but end up choosing foreigners, not because of better capability/qualification, but cheaper cost. In the end, if you locals want the job, then you have to lower your expectation & accept the lower pay. Foreigners can slog & save & move out of SG, where can locals move to? They can only carry on slogging & saving & paying more & more to survive in SG... ^_^
Fully agreed. Actions really do speak louder than words. So fellow locals, better stop complaining about the government, now that you got the chance to choose, if you don't choose, blame it on yourselves then... ^_^
If you are in the right mind to bribe, usually you can expect to get back more than you bribe, logical? ^_^
