Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew says there should be no retirement age for workers in Singapore.
He made the suggestion on Wednesday at a dialogue session in conjunction with the 30th anniversary of the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) attended by over 900 senior managers, government officials and unionists.

not many people are able to sit and work in a air con office when they hit their official retirement age
only some special people can
1 - unless, you are an expert (earn monies) in forex, shares - local or overseas that need to just read local and international newspapers for decision making
2 - become consultant
3 - you are dental/medical specialists that set up your own clinic
4 - you are a boss yourself - business making good monies

gahmen should pay yearly medical checkup, dental checkup, daily transport for elderly/senior citizens.
so as to encourage them to work
becos elderly/senior citizens pay would be reduce/cut
in china the elderly/senior citizens get free transport that is subside by their gahmen -
