  The last time Singaporean took to the streets was last a few days ago, during the Chingay procession.  Regularly I think they go to orchard road.

  USD is 1 to 1.25 SGD. The value of USD will continue to depreciate and stupid SGD will strengehen to curb 'inflation'. US will keep printing paper money to take from the world. It will not be long before another crisis. SGD will than have nothing to exchange because it reserves are in US assets that will become worthless...

  Till than day, Singaporean will take the street because they will have no job, no bread, no money..but for the 1.5m of forigners who work here, they will return to their country because their farm land will give them food and keep them happy.

  We pay so much and yet get lousy services and bear in mind, they engage mostly foreigners. Cheap labours and yet TandC so high.

  voters just remember the few issues when you vote:

  1. foreigners issue. the ruling elite still doesnt see it as a problem. even some brits, irish are coming into our soil to fight for jobs.

  2. housing issue. Mr mah keep reminder us how affordable it is to singapore. then only weeks later he step up building new flats at incredible speed!!.

  3. mas selamat. till now, only kakia got the blame. the top still resting in their laurels.

  4. EPR. need i say it further? years back in last election, it was promise price ownership of cars thru usage that why singapore embrace for EPR hike. now car prices higherest anyone can remember yet ERP more EPR gentry and fees higher than ever.
