I don't know why the sudden fuss from KL over this little book has it has been published over 6 months ago and available for all to scrutinise. KL gov maybe getting pretty sensitive as their general election and leadership change approaches at the end of this year. This MITA publishing was actually targetted at the Malaysian public who has little or no idea reality behind this water dispute.
