I mean, plan B is not an option for me, even though it MIGHT be considered a plan B by my subordinates. But as I said, I am confused about it, I think it is obvious that I have some sense to consider what I am proposing: ergo: The consequences of choice. I am therefore confused and scared, so I can safely say I am not that insane... yet

Hey Gun what's all this about Star Trek? I don't watch that. Anyway, I am determined to find out whether my idea will be headed anywhere. Thanks for confirming I am not insane yet, which does comfort me. Also great leaders themselves in history were often confused and scared at times, and that is what makes them stronger by overcoming their fears and gaining experience. A leader who is confused and scared can still be obeyed, provided he wins morale and respect of his peers for his cause.
