but if this is jus a short term solution, and haf adverse side effects on the job mkt in the long term (such as lack of specialised, experienced ppl, mindset of job hopping, mindset of employer always looking for replacements, more and more ppl without benefits, etc) den perhaps there is a need to do more now to make sure those side effects do not materialise.
i agree too its good to get a job but the employer would treat you like shit
