Yesterday I was at a shopping centre making payment using my UOB creditcard. The transaction canÂ’t get through. Used my UOB nets and debit card and same error. Totally embarrased because thereÂ’s a long queue. Everyone must be thinking thereÂ’s something wrong with my account. When I called up the bank, I was told itÂ’s technical error, UOBÂ’s system was down islandwide. Taught me a lesson, never rely on a one whole bank for banking services.

what do u want to prove or establish by naming the bank? I'm sure that other banks have encountered similiar problems with their atms before.
