So the problem is, u don like the son taking over the father's position. Wat is there to conplain about if they are able to help provide us with the living we have now. Anyway, his ability should be judge by the people not only by the people in government, people will be able to sense if they don think DPM Lee is to be of standard. We are not people who just suffer in quiet, we complain when we don feel happy about it, but now the majority still approve of it.
Moreover, u don expect the future PM Lee passing the throne to his dear daughter rite? The person taking over should have the abiltity, no one will pass something such important like the future of singapore to someone who don even know how to protect it. -

From the Ordinary Members, a few will be selected to be Cadre Members.
The Cadre Members will "vote" those who are selected to be in the Elite Group.
Members of the Elite Group are selected by the 'Untouchable Group' that previously had a Group of Founding Members of the Party - now there remains Only One.
Who will enter into the realm of this Untouchable Group ? -

After the selection of the Elite Group consisting the PM and his Cabinet has been decided, the specially selected Party Cadres will 'confirm' the pre-selection by 'internal election'.
The Ordinary Members of the Party is kept out of the loop.
It is surprising that some of the supposedly talented personailities conscripted from the Singapore Economy to be included into the Cabinet, were NEVER Party Members.
Their positions were validated by expediency, and shunted through the process of Party Membership to give political legitimacy to these talented few.
