in N Korea, the food aid went to the military while the peasants starved..
Arafat has no visible means of support, but he's said to be worth more than US$3 billion...
aid is always "straight from the heart" without much brainwork... instead of feeding them, fix the underlying problems.. that's usually not done at all...
that's why aid almost always causes the situation to deteriorate even quicker
