Gahmen is relaxing foreign workers in pretext that certain industry has no local takers/talents. Are they doing it to counter the side-effects from flexi-wage? That local workers will job hop? That local workers might boycott Co. that has flexi-wage?
So by doing so they are threaten to with fear that foreign work can easily replace them?
