Are we that naive that we do whatever they say? Will this trend continue or are we going to be cynical and create a revolution?
Lingos, the silent revolution is already happening. Take this baby issue for example, the "make babies" campaign has already existed in one form or another for many years, but no effect seems to be happening. Singaporeans are increasingly frustrated at the government's control-freak nature and micromanagement, and while most of us might be too afraid to speak up, we are not above silent "civil disobedience" and ignoring campaigns we dont like.
At the very least, it gives us a semblance of control over our own personal life. Which, is the way it should be...
