To all smokers, our TVD has been hunting high and low, activating a lot of contacts, tested out some of the shops and come up with the following list of shops which are selling legit ciggies at a slightly lower price :
Ang Mo Kio coffeeshop at the Blk 232 area
Bishan St 11 provision shop that is opposite the EC
A provision shop in Hougang : no further details excep that it is in the central area
Some provision shops in Havelock road : it is along the Teochew Mui place
In the meantime, we will continue to hunt. Remember : it is the mission of TVD to always bring the cheapest stuff to bruddas and sistaz attention so that we can all be happie. Take Care

one open pack... unless u driving, don't even think about it...
even if driving also better don't try... if kena caught u can buy many many packs from 7-11 with the hefty fine... -
We're all paying good money ( lots of it ) to slowly KILL ourselves. I know this, coz I'm a smoker.
I don't look at a pack 20 smokes as $9.50 or nine whatever something - I regard it as $10.00. No amount of niggling, grumbling, grouching, will change the fact that ciggies will always get costlier each year. So the best solution is to QUIT.
There, well said. And it is easy to say it even. But it would be bitchy hard to do it!!
I mean, when I start to go about quitting the smokes, and when the nicotine pangs comes a knocking my head, I'd be thinking; if ciggies don't kill me, living in Singapore will give me high blood and kill me anyways. So there I go, briskly walking to the nearest mama shop for a pack of 20s, and enjoying every living moment.
But really, I'd like to quit, but I think it would require devine assistance. -

Peninsula Plaza: cheaper by 50cts~90cts depending on brand...... (contributed by FireIce).
Toa Payoh: there got 1 shop selling @ $8.90 opposite the old Mcdonald...along lorong 4, under the HDB blk (contributed by bufpuf).
Katong: got one mama shop, if u buy by carton 1 carton is abt $75 (contributed by marlboro).
