Taiwan President should serve only half term

  Reason:
  - The votes from both party are different by less than 1%
  - Some unsolved problem (eg gun shoot).
  
  After 2 years, Taiwan will elect the next President

  - Taiwan is part of Asia and it will create problem for Asia and affect everybody rice-bowl
  - Asia election system is very poor and this half-term is applicable to all the countries for weak Government (win less than 1% in votes) or unsolved problem.

  there were a few grey areas in the investigation, according to taiwanese news.
  
  the bullet hole on the wind screen of jeep which ah bian and liu xiu lian took , shows 2 different type of bullet penetration at the time of the incident and at the hospital, according to the video images of the news channel.
  
  secondly, the PA of VP , standing behind her, was seen pointing a brief case in the direction of the VP and the PA of ah bian, was seen rubbing a bottle of red liquid on the president's jacket.

  Too bad that is not what their constitution state. And A bian will not favour this new law. They can't even start a recount

  Both party should rethink recount is worth or not. I believe serving half-term is the best solution
