No kidding, I got plently of good laughs when I read his posts, and I'm not saying this to spite anybody, but seriously, I found them really funny.
He reminds me of this character I saw in this martial arts comedy, which was deliberately trained wrong by his master as some kind of a joke. Whenever that person takes a hit, he thinks he's actually hitting his opponent with whatever sensitive part of his body that took the blow.
I think it's because he operates something like this:
Lets say you two are sparring, and when you kick him in the face, he'll wipe the blood off his nose and say. "Face to foot style, how do you like it?"
Of course, at the end of it all, he'll think he won because he though you hurt your hands and feet on his nonse and face.
I'm sure on some other planet his political opinions might actually hold some water to win debates, but his weak link is... this is earth. -

But come thing of it, the last time that Speaker's Corner had such a similar stone-thy-imbecile situation was during the time when HARIMAU, MatCommando (or something) and that Innocent_Malaysian fellow were inside here.
Come think of it, I do wonder if there is any connection.. -

well, i've quit trying to discuss anything with him..
to paraphrase Ford Fairlane, discussing stuff with him is like masturbating with a cheese grater.. mildly amusing at first but ultimately very painful

but i believe Speaker's Corner is not the ONLY Forum in sgForums (otherwise why bother calling it "forums")?
n i believe too that there is a forum called chitchat where you can talk abt anything under the sun...like gossip abt other members for example.
For goodness sake! this is meant to be a forum for political discussion, not for women's gossip! kindly take ur gossip somewhere else, if u pls!

By all means I would have posted this topic in chit chat, but then, I suppose many people would catch no ball, not to mention many of them have no experience of panja_v's "anybody against me is the PAP" antics. In the light of recent events, it is my personal opinion that this topic is much needed satrical relief in relation this very unique individual what can't seem to get enough of the soapbox.
And judging from the positive response so far, it appears that the general populace found this to be so. Of course, if you are still not happy, you could always appeal that this thread be closed, I have no trouble with that at all, unlike a certain flipped-flopped individual who considers taking kicks to the groin in a fight as victory. -

How hard can that be to see?
After all, anybody can always stubbornly stick to his views and declare victory irregardless of whatever happens, but holding any truth or logic... that is another thing entirely.
But I guess he's good harmless fun, it's been a while we had the "stick-finger-in-ears-and-sing-"i-win-i-win-i-cannot-hear-you" types dao luan in here, if I remember, stupidissmart was the last example, but he's pretty tame nowadays.
This thread isn't a personal attack on him, for why would I or anybody here for that matter, launch a personal attack on somebody so harmless, naive, and amusing? It is a satire, an unflattering one at that, to inject fresh humour into his unique amusing brand of amazing ineptness of communication. Such talent is rare and deserves to be reconized.
Of course, this topic is not ment to be serious, or political anyway, and of course, if you don't like it, by all means get it closed if you can, nobody is going to protest or stop you.
I stick to my opinion that this thread is called-for, but I agree to disagree. -

SIS had plenty of facts and stats, but sometimes they way he uses them are to say the least, creative, and pretty amusing. And of course, the way he responds to his opponents can be very funny in the sheer inappropriateness of the logic he applies in respond to his opponent's points, which at times made me read his points twice as I could not believe that anybody could actually post that and be serious, it had to be a joke. But it wasn't, and that made it funnier.
I remember his duels with adobe, in which he always got badly tossed about with his very own stats, but still manage to limp on somehow and carry on. Can't say much for skill and wit, but full marks for persistence. Yes, those were good days...
Panja_V's style is unique though, the persistence and flipped-flopped logic (abbet somewhat less developed) of SIS, with his own brand of emotional immaturity and blatant broadcasting of how the world apparently revolves around him, and the rest who oppose him are just PAP.
Sigh, I wonder if he's suspects that I'm the guy who is causing him his internet log on problems which he thinks is a PAP conspiracy, but if I told him I have to kill him.

Well it was fun while it lasted, but I had no illusions on a panja_v thread, or anything related to him for that matter, to last long.
But I guess if this thread should serve any purpose, it would be that despite all the stuff that may happen here, one needs to remember to take things lightly at time, and of course, always encourage local "talent" to distinguish themselves.

Forget it socrates, tis guy seems to be against me the day I register in sgforums. I probably have received such unflattery remarks from him for more than 10 occasions.
