I never advocate hating or discriminating against gays.I only argue homosexuality is wrong.Gays do the wrong act but it doesn't mean we should hate them.There are so many crimianls in S'pore,do we hate all of them?Well, we are all 'sinners'.

different periods of history were known for different things... THIS isn't the most enlightened age that mankind has known... if there were any doubts concerning this point at all, YOU have cleared them.
there had been periods in history that had a much more enlightened view on sexuality and THIS age, is a regression from that.

first of all, tobacco smoking is not all bad... there are scientific evidence that exists as well that smoking has a known preventive effect on diseases including endometrial cancer, Parkinson's disease, ulcerative colitis, hypertension of pregnancy and Alzheimer's disease. now, EXCESSIVE smoking, like all habits, have their effects.
but since the issue is more complex than your simplistic illustration, are u not trying to obscure the point here...

On the other hand, has anyone researched into why people become homo in the first place? from this thread and the previous one, seems there is little info as to the root causes of people turning les/gay. And I would suggest that it has little to do with genetic influence, rather it is the environmental factors that are the real determinants of turning homo.
