Actually...cannot blame SIA...its taiwan's fault as they do not have ground radar system. When SIA taxi into the wrong runway...the air-traffic controllers wld be able to alert them but they did not as they did not visual contact with SQ006, besides they had no radar to see whether the plane was on the right runway. In short...taiwan's airport safety standards were not up to standard.
