Hi I'm a diploma holder. I'm going to be direct and cut to the point. Do you think after spending so much effort and time and money in getting their degree, scholars want to get into the private sector. (Entrepreneurs asides) Its a well known fact that degree holders are getting diploma jobs and pay and diploma holders are getting O and A level jobs and so on in the private working world now. They only way to get them out of the govt sector realistically is to cut everyone pays in the govt sector to reflect "real" market conditions.

hello, see lots of ppl mention 'entrepreneur' 'talent' 'scholar', how to be one if they dun understand what under table is har?
In SG oni empty entrepreneur ppl we have, those really went out of SG I may just say they are real business man not yet an entrepreneur.
Those stay in SG and doing well has had acquisition made by GLC on them, that is why empty. Those went out SG are not entrepreneur yet course they din, not really create miracle in SG or the place they went too.
Talent, local talent that still around are the one that has talent on following order, garment like foreign talent more than local it a fact, "you came and you follow what i say" local talent with own view is like a torn in the garment eye. b4 you get me, i get out, other want my service if you dun.
Scholar, agree with one of the post dun like the way that Scholar and Talent put together.
