i came across many damned rich 'friends' with their parents spend money like water, they own Da Vinci, import/export bird nests, CEO of some bloody high tech companies, and one even sell fishballs! Then their children spend money like no tmr. Example, the mother (the Da Vinci one) bought cars for her daughter and son during their birthdays ( both under 21 years) Shit, and the parents let the son (still in ns) to drive without getting the license!!!!! No law to spot check (think of it, what are the chances that u gonna caught driving without license?? unless u stupid enough to drive in the midnight or involved in some stupid accident). And this guy changes gf every week (he not bad looking)!!! Just bcause he is rich????!!! (Lame girls, shame on u!!! and i pity ur moms) In singapore, only the rich can do everything lah, we guys from middle income or low income can f*&k off. See.... get diploma then come out do sai gang. The rich go U, then do their masters or take over business... drive bmws, benzs, ferraris, ( forget to say that Da Vinci family got 7 cars!!! ) Why???? why???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello instead of complaining, why don't you work hard to further your career and get rich. After that you can switch one lady everyday if you like.

there has to be social and status strata in every society to "balance"
some ppl are jus born a little lucky...
but their wealth dun jus come abracadabra like tt....
their previous generations worked hard, dare to take risks, does not complain, perservere.....and their efforts brought them results and wealth and this is passed down to subsequent generations.....
so the generation now are living slightly better lives than others....
i wun say they are enjoying best of lives as i have worked with rich ppl before....they have their worries too......it's not wat other ppl see them as they looked......
they might own big houses and big cars but their lives are not fufilling at all.....they might be secretly wishing they are peasant farmers with simple lifestyle and not the famous ppl tt have to maintain a high class image and putting up a fake front...... -

and i've been to football field size bungalow tt is floored with Made In China fake parquet and sungei rd flea market "Ming Dynasty" ornaments.......
mus save on these so can buy 7-series BMW -

Everyone got their own lot, you cannot choose to be in a rich family and of cos, nobody wish to be a poor family. Most importantly is you are are happy. No point u got millions and millions and your family quarrel all day long. Rich won't be rich forever, poor won't be poor forever, things change.
Actually you think for yourself, we only need wat is necessary to survive, alot of things is redundent ones. I have seen people who are rich and are very humble about it, see what they eat is no different from those living in HDBs. Sometimes u see those living in HDBs eat much better food than those living in Private housings.
I am not rich, my family is not rich, we eat simply. Compared to my richer relatives, our family is much healthier maybe cos we don't have the luxury to eat all those delicacies dat are expensive and high in fat or cholesterol. -

Some Singaporeans arh, have this perception that living in landed property or owning a car are signs that a family is well to do. This is so not true. Its not that they chose to live that way, its more of "make do with what you have".
Not necessarily well to do families spend extravagantly, but more rather they spend on things that make themselves feel content with how they're living, to live comfortably, that is their sole aim. If you got the cash, sure use it and make your life a little more meaningful after all you worked hard to earn that little bit more bread.
There ain't such thing called easy money, everything comes through the price of hard work. -
