i read of the numbers killed vary between 6000 and 40,000 Chinese. Other races not known.
Surely after 60 years, the authorities could have come up with a verified figure so that history could be written and enshrined.
Up to now, nobody seems to know or even to care who or how many........

it's war u talking about here ok... which war is not like that?? just look at what the Nazi did to the jewish...Originally posted by men_@_arms:What the heck is wrong with this guys post? WHy not whine about another country? Like Britain or US (as we like to do as part of Anti-whiteisation) or even Japan?
I think those Japanese soldiers were bloody savages for what they did in Malaya, Thailand, Kwai and SIngapore, starving allied soldiers and harsh treatment. OF all civilised developed nations, Japan was the last to accept the Geneva Convention, who cares if they have samurai and sushi if they have no grace? I don't like them, we were wise to nuke them, its a pity Roosevelt stopped at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We should have nuked the entire place, the bombs dropped in Polynesia should have been dropped in Tokyo and Hitachi instead.
I get the feeling you people are Japanese sympathisers, traitors, just because they have manga and nice porn (which i like too) doesn't mean they are our friends so straightaway! And just because girls here have a thing for the "jap" look. man i just dislike posers and those japs.
If most of the threads started here for blaming of the government is pointless n unreasonable, then they wouldnt even start in the first place.I mean if u walk pass a stranger, will u suddenly jump up to him n scold him out of the blue without any reason?Of coz, unless you are preparing to go for woodbridge, then we can excuse u.Originally posted by oldbreadstinks:unless you're going to join us and start the pointless and unreasonable blaming of the govt , if not i don't see a point in this
since most threads here are made for that purpose![]()

i like japanese porn too, think my friend said before , their women are paying for the crimes of their men during WW2 by making porno for usOriginally posted by men_@_arms:What the heck is wrong with this guys post? ? who are we canonising?Originally posted by CX:thats just your opinion. mine is just this: does it make any sense to villianise one side and canonise the other just because u are ignorant of the other side of the story?
so? my ancestors were innocent too, they still got the crap bombed out of them by the japsOriginally posted by Ole:Men@arms, u are wrong. It has been a whole generation already, should the children of japan nowadays pay for the crimes of their ancestors? If you boycott their stuff now, u are just perjudice against them. It's not like the teens in japan now have a choice to be born a japanese. By now most of the stuff would be from people who are not that involved in the war. Anyway not that they have a choice, government want war, u think the soldier can say no meh, u try in army now lor and they will charge u for desertation and shoot u also.
I believe we shouldn't always dig up those old feuds, else there will never be true peace in the world.
A lot of innocent jap also died in the war, all those civilian in japan who died in the bombing.

My point is:
If the Country does not even bother to lists her dead, if there were to be a future event, will the dead be simply dismissed out of hand?
when I visited a small town in australia, I saw a monument with the names of townsfolk who fell for the country. In the Kranji memorial, you will find a mass grave containing the remains of our local volunteers (Dalforce etc). No one bothered to list their names on the mass grave.because not everybody is identified, identifiable.
Anyway, 'Dalforce' may not mean anything to you ingrates.....what an irony... manga grew as a post war art form and eventually took on the forms of cartoons precisely because the devastated post-war japanese economy COULD NOT afford to build props and studios to make "real" movies.
..................they gave their lives in vain, so that our manga readers will live...........banzai......
War is cruel I know that and the Japanese of today should not be blamed for their ancestors' crimes. But the least Japan should do is to make formal apologies to its victims and come clean with its past right? What have they done? Absolutely NOTHING. If one look at Japanese history textbooks, they don't even use the word 'invade' when relating WW2 events. In recent years, Japanese officials are visiting Yasukuni shrine where the most notorious japanese war criminals are honored. Tell me is that repentance? The sickening thing is that even until TODAY there are many Japanese who still think that Rape of Nanjing, Bataan Death March and Unit 731 are lies cooked up by the Allies to make them look bad. Why is it so hard for Japan to say sorry? Distorting the truth and so unapologetic....this is not how a civilised nation should behave.Originally posted by I-like-flings(m):it's war u talking about here ok... which war is not like that?? just look at what the Nazi did to the jewish...
i dun tink its so easy to clear la. macham like someone rape your mom, then say sorry 10 years later?Originally posted by CenturionMBT:The world is prepared to forgive them, but they prefer to hide from the truth. I beg to differ.Originally posted by CenturionMBT:The world is prepared to forgive them, but they prefer to hide from the truth. That is a sad reality. All the animosity, pain and hatred would have been cleared by just a simple word of sorry.
I take offence with that.Dalforce was a volunteer auxillary outfit formed by LTC Dalley, operating as Company Dalforce under the18th British Infantry Division commanded by Major-General M.B. Beckwith Smith. You are one acerbic fellow who is quite strait-laced in your mental processes. Are you one of those sheep porduced by the system, never resisted a single bit and now bleating your soft head off in puerile anger?Issues are not one-sided as you might think..They are all dynamic and many things happen in history due to a confluence of events and people. This is not the first time that you have really irritated people here by your posts.I hope you grow up and have a thinking mind. The last thing we need is another recruit for the mindless corps.Originally posted by idwar:My point is:
