1st is a young Chinese trainer
2nd is an Indian supervisor
3rd is an Indian senior supervisor
4th is an Indian Head
my question is how come no proper racial proportion instituted? -

Btw, is it true that SAF pays only S$20,000 to $30K to families of NSmen killed in training?

Why the bias? I mean, SIA, without hesitation, voluntarily paid US$400,000 to families of those killed in Taiwan airport debacle.
NSmen not worth that much meh?
Since Government forced us into NS - making life miserable for most guys, I strongly feel that compensation for NSmen killed in training should be on par - or more than that paid to families of air crash victims. -

sorry to learn of this:- recently just happened to read news and realise that recently many indian heads are being investigated by CPIB and CAD.....mind you...i am saying investigated hor..not caught hor......for example, the Singapore indian guy working in United Nation, etc., and no racial provokation hor...just querying about a good mix of racial proportion and supervision.....
then the other day, in the newspapers, an indian guy flipped through newspapers obituary page and contacting NOK (Next-Of-Kins) bluffing them that he is from so-and-so insurance company and that the deceased had bought insurance and coercing them into believing him and handed over the white-gold money to him to pay for admin charge......how come that indian con man wanna do this? taking advantage of people when their loved ones are dead?
