Singapore will not negotiate with Terrorists

  After knowing our country will not lift a finger to save my neck (if caught by terrorists), it is really a situation of needle dont poke you, you feel no pain.
  
  what if now a army personnel is involved, a high rank one, instead of a civilian, what is the stand of government??
  
  I dont know how our troops in Iraq or East Timor will feel hearing these??

  Singapore will not negotiate if it's just a civilian loh... If you say one of the high rank parliament official or their son tio caught. You see they negotiate or not loh
