  If it is, then I'm not seeing it.

  Only the rich, MPs and ministers are seeing it, I dont see it as well. So do most of my financially struggling friends and relatives.
  
  Thanks to CPF minimum sum's ruling, government continues to rip huge investment gains out of our minimum sum. What do we get out of it? Only 4% interest on our 'dead minimum sum savings'.
  
  Actually, CPF should pay us additional dividends for all the large profits they made out of our CPF minimum sums.
  
  And It's alot of money we are missing out!

  Any policy translated into workable processes to benefit workers will make workers potential entrepreneurs.
