  It was a sad day on 9 Aug 1965
  
  Dreams of a united Malay Peninsula laid in ruins. Not comprehending the Malaysian UMNO, LKY moved his hand too fast and too strongly. He was even willing to be arrested by the Central Govt. If this happened, Goh Keng Swee will fly to Cambodia to form a Govt-in-Exile. Perhaps armed conflict will follow.
  
  The Tengku did the unthinkable ==to expel Singapore.
  
  Tears flowed on TV, expressions of regret by LKY......."all my life I worked for a united Singapore and malaya......." Come to think of it, it was the same goal of Chin Peng, ...........of Syed Albar..........everyone, I guess.........except those re-educated under MOE............
