It is not just arguing with anyone, but only challenging the minds of those who present shallow thinking, and take a skewered line of approach especially in support of an already OMNIPOTENT Political Party; and also with those who are unforgiving towards the various INDIVIDUALS, who dare to make more personal sacrifice than you and I, to be in the Opposition. -
By doing so, you are behaving just like them. Not tolerant of different views and ideas.

If anyone dare to post a point of view in an open forum, the invitation is open for challenges to be made when anyone disagree with the position taken.
Same goes for me, as I have received several posts that do not agree with the positions that I have posted.
What constitute "hitting below the belt" ?
I would consider insulting one's parents, siblings, and ancestors as "hitting below the belt".
Sarcasm, insults and abuses are nothing new in debate; and depends very much in the art of delivery that is important - whether it is done artfully and delivered with a certain degree of finesse, style and sophistication; or in simple crude and gutter language, which should be rejected.
If you are discerning enough, you will be able to judge the differences in the style of writing, contents, and presentation in all the postings.
Hopefully, I can contribute to improving the standards and quality of this sgForum, and shall resist to respond in the same manner as some have delivered, unless "push becomes shove". -
