  Anywayz, i am one forumite who does not make class distinction, as long as u have an intellect (NOT NECCESSARILY HIGH EDUCATION don;t get mewrong), u are in my book
  
  have many friends from ITE, JC, poly, normal, normal tech, express, no special..yet. I converse and am open and nice to all people, from teachers to security guards to sweepers and construction workers. 3 room, 1 room, whatever, no difference to me.

  but when come to job application, usually the Degree ppl with no experience hav a better chance over the Dip guy even though he has experience. thats a reality

  Unfortunately thats very true. An extreme case will be the Singapore Civil Service that refuses even to recognise degrees earned through part time study. The ability to do the job has very little to do with your promotional prospects within the service.
