Change the Singapore Flag

  The Malaysians copied the Red and White and used it as the UMNO colours, so that the UMNO flag is a Kris with a Red and White background. According to Nordin Sopee, a Malaysian scholar, Red and White represented malay nationalism in Malaya.
  
  So why is Singapore also getting into the same bed? It is all the more confusing when it is impossible to differentiate the Indon flag from the Spore flag from a distance.
  
  Somebody must have conned the PAP leadership back in 1959 to adopt this flag. Maybe this guy wanted Singapore to fall into Indonesia's orbit.
  
  It's time to update the flag..........ok?

  omg. change the flag whatever for? who cares if it looks similar to other countries flag? As a singaporean, you just have to know that singapore is our country, whatever flag it got, it's hers! I mean like.. they got reasons to choose / design this flag.. must it be c copied version? =) And i also don't think that singapore is so free to see others flag as reference.. maybe.. that day they were designing the flag... the designer suddenly looked up into the sky.. and saw the moon and the stars.. AND, here is the flag! wOoo..
