When government restructure the accounting and law professions by getting big firms to grow bigger, the small ones get into financial troubles.
Instead of restructuring firms or industries to create bigger ones to compete internationally, think of ways and means to make small ones grow too through entrepreneurial skills of governance.
If the whole country keep promoting the big and get them to survive, the economy will be disoriented with most businesses suffering while the bigger ones are enjoying all the growth.
This is perhaps the root cause of our present economic problems.
