  This sick concept was drafted a while ago after i had about 2 blue hawaiis, 3 glasses of beer and 1 small glass of whiskey during a movie party at my place, and has been saved on my comp. I decided to post it for laughs

  THank you thank you all so MUCH for this HONOUR, especially such an honour conferred upon an EVIL WHITE FOREIGNER such as myself!! Even though most of my fellow MPS are actually malaysian *shhh* hehe.
  
  As 1st act as new minister. I have decided to draw upon european age old tradition to solve Singapore's falling birthrate *drools, wipes away froth from mouth*.
  
  *AHEM*, I will institute the policy of Prima Nocta , specifically the policy is basically this:
  
  On the wedding night of newly wed couples, our ministers will have SEXUAL RIGHTS to the bride in turn! THis should fetch the kind of ministers we need to overcome man power shortages in our bureuracy, but most importantly, WE WILL HAVE MORE BABIES In SINGAPORE!
  
  If we cannot ENCOURAGE them to breed, WE WILL BREED them! MUHAHAHHAHHAHA
  
  PM LHL: m@A; you are the worst possible candidate ever to be made minister for population. You disgust me and many of us here, but then again, this could be the only sound policy this desperate administration has, SIGN THE BILL!

  Haha, a drink too much won't help much. Remember the graduate mother policy. It does not go down too well with the rest of population. Too much social engineering or experimentation of assumptions or presumptuousness that some people with higher genes or IQs are entitled to more privileges or have other people's wives is not for Singapore to experiment at this stage. Let the west try this first and congratulation to their producing smarter kids of ministerial calibres.

  but i do remember the early PAP policy of forcing women to go for fallopian tubes errr cutting, or giving incentives to do that. haha west aint done it yet, not by mass anyway, but was used by english in scotland in 13th century to "breed out the scots", granting english noblemen/landowners the right to bone scottish peasant brides on the wedding night.
