I don't see any strong reasons why she should not... no drastic changes need to be made, unlike marrying a Muslim
The more important factors to consider would be his values and that of his family's, and his upbringing. Alot of families are modern-ish, regardless of race, and have similar lifestyles and values. So really, they're not that different despite skin colour. -
i will never allow my daughter marry an indian..i strongly oppose to inter-racial marriage...that is not the way to promote racial harmony...

I'm getting married to an Indian guy.
Yes, my fiance is Indian.
My parents have no objections to him whatsoever. In fact they love him so much more than my ex chinese bf.
To my parents what is most important is the character and personality of the person and not the race, and ultimately my happiness. I guess it helps that my parents are english ed and they are pretty open minded about things like these.
The problems I faced were actually from my relatives, but I guess they didn't protest too much since he speaks chinese and hokkien fluently, he looks more eurasian than indian if he doesn't get under the sun too much and he has a good job.
Personally, if I have a daugther I wouldn't mind at all. -
I won't mind my daughter marry to an Indian man, but I do mind my daughter marry to a muslim even if he is a Chinese.
My cousin brother marry an Indian girl years ago and they are living happily ever after. -

why many Chinese girls marrying Singaporean of indian origin?Blame the whole problem on the Singaporean Chinese men who have high ego, kiasu and kiasi and they prefer to import their wives from aboard! The Singapore Chinese girls must take part of the blame, they are unrealistic, not down to earth! They want 5 or 4 Cs right from the start of their relationship!As a man even if I have 10 Cs I will not look for a beautiful Singapore girl of that characteristics!
Lastly blame the whole mismatch on NS,which brought many young couples apart and force many who are looking for love during that tender age into different field of adventure!Girls are pursuing their studies while men are at the training camp learning how to use the word 'fxxx' while training how to defend the nation under great pressures!when they are back, they use it on their family and girl friends, all precious relationship gone with the wind after two and a half years stint! -
Tell her the disadvantages of doing so- must eat lots of mutton, listen to Indian music, give birth many times, living with in-laws & putting up with lots of relatives coming to visit, strong incense & body odour etc
